Worship Bible vs. Church Bible?

One of my co-workers is looking at a copy of the NIV Bible for personal use. On Amazon, she found a "Worship Bible" and a "Church Bible" from the same publisher. If the content is essentially the same, she and I are wondering what the difference between the two is. Is it a physical difference (binding, cover, etc.)?
