I got a new bird [rare parakeet]?

And it didn't move at all yesterday. But I noticed after a few hours, it squaked. And right now it just chirped. It has one foot up now, and it put it down when I said birdie? And just looked at me. Also when I got it, out of all the other birds, it walked up to my face, and I put my finger near its face, and it touched my finger lightly twice. And I picked him out. What's wrong with him??? I got him from a top notch petsmart place. Super clean, no inbreeding.
