What do i do for a pregnant dalmation molly?

What should I do with her (I've heard the box things aren't good for them.) And I don't have enough room for the babies so my parents said I could take them to a pet store and let them sell them,and if I do keep 2 male/female if they have babies,would tht be counted as inbreeding??
