Christians do you not recognize that inbreeding exists?

Since they believe in the story of Noah's ark and creation, lets start with noah's ark if 2 of each animal were on the ship and they mated, and have genetically related offspring, there is a very high chance for defects from inbreeding. You need at least 60 animals to maintain a population without inbreeding, do you just ignore this or do you deny it?
