I have my cheer camp next week. It is everyday from 10-2. We will be having lunch, learning cheers, learning our dance for halftime, and working on stuntuing and builds. Do you have any ideas on games we could do for strength traning or for flexibility, or just to have a break? Also as far as builds and stunts we can go into a prep and cradle. Do you have any ideas for stunts or builds also? Thanks in advance!
