Does the sheep population derived from two original sheep shed insight on the Adam and Eve issue?

Wouldn't the human population be derived from Japheth, Ham and Shem? Since god wiped out all the human population in the flood and the only people alive was Noah, his sons and their wives. Either way, you still get cousin incest going on.
