Why does my dog do this?

the inbreeding can have serious mental and physical defects on dogs, but this behavior sounds more of a dog whose had become incredibly attached to your grandmother and has become very protective and aggressive against anyone he thinks might do harm to him or your grandmother. on a side note, mental defects from inbreeding usually happens at the time of birth, if this has just started happening i doubt it was because of inbreeding.
