What are some late mediaeval/ early renaissance torture devices?

torture devices invented between 1300 - 1600 only please. I thought of the guillotine, but that was 1700's. It can't have been around before 1300. It has to have been invented during that time frame. I don't know the year of certain ones though, I can't find them. Such as Judas Cradle and the Iron chair. Please help
