Today was my last day at my job and I walked out 4 hours early.. should I never use them as a reference?

Let me just say I've NEVER EVER done that and always stayed my whole two weeks. I've even given employers my personal email in case questions arose after I left. Well this job was a place I worked 5 months and was CONSISTENTLY bullied by this crazy lady. I found a much better job which I start Tuesday. Today was my last day and the bully kicked it up a notch to the point where she made me cry (I NEVER cry at work) I left at lunch and didn't come back. Nobody was left in a bind and the new girl was 100% trained and has various resources. I just couldn't take being bullied on my last day of all days. I've been nothing but professional and nice to everyone there and it's really upsetting to be treated so disrespectfully when I'm leaving.. like one last blow before I go. My new job is awesome and I have no plans of leaving for a LONG time so I probably don't need to worry about using them as a reference but should I just omit them if I do apply elsewhere any time soon?
