Signs of kitten in heat?

My kitten is about 3-4 months old and i was wondering the symptoms of her going into heat because I have a male from the same litter and it would be bad enough just getting pregnant at that age. Inbreeding makes it more hard on her though? So any signs would help?! Thank you!
