Making an FM aerial for a Nokia mobile phone?

I need some hints here. I am looking at putting my phone on my bike in a cradle but need a better substitute than the god awful cable that came with it to recieve FM radio. Can somebody suggest a soloution please? I'm looking for something small, that can fit to the bike and possible can amplify the reception. Cheers :)
