That is your problem.Your are confused. Its not the bible that cannot make up its mind it is you that cannot make up your mind. The bible says what it says. It had to be that way only for a moment. God drowned the whole world for unrighteousness, with the exception of one man and his family, The whole world comes from Noah and his thee sons. Ham Shem and Japheth, The bible actually lines directly with world history. Being that God has not given it to you to understand the bible, you wont be able to until he gives it to you to understand, PRAY for understanding. And stop assuing God does not know what he is doing. Look around you.
