Is salvation for everyone? Is it a gift to whom God will give it? If not given, can it be if they really want?

You so ever calls upon the Lord shall be saved. If you will confess with your mouth Lord Jesus and know in your heart God raised him from the dead you will be saved. Looks like the bible contradicts its self or you have to read the scripture in content and know how to properly divide the word of God.
