Do people realize how inbred the British royals are?

Queen Victoria and Prince Albert were first cousins and the current Queen Elizabeth II and her husband are both great-grandchildren of Victoria and Albert, making their marriage a cousin marriage also. Plus, there were many other cousin marriages in the British royal line. That means Charles, Anne, Andrew, and Edward are the result of much inbreeding.
